Steam Peeler, developed by Sensitar, is a physical peeling equipment adopting high temperature & high pressure principle. The whole machine is constructed with food-grade 304 stainless steel, specially designed for mass processing of root vegetables including potato, sweet potato, carrot, beetroot, Chinese yam, etc. It serves as core matching equipment for french fry, diced potato, canned fruit & vegetable, frozen vegetable processing lines. Based on thermal expansion & contraction principle: Raw materials are fed into pressure reaction vessel via inclined elevator. High-pressure saturated steam quickly heats the gap between peel and flesh to separate their bonding structure. After instant pressure relief inside vessel, peels automatically crack and fall off, then final cleaning finishes peeling. No mechanical scraping damages pulp, perfectly suitable for continuous industrial mass production.
