automatic Potato Chips Production Line is fully made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and designed in accordance with EU food safety standards. It integrates potato washer, steam peeler, high-speed slicer, starch rinsing machine, hot air dryer, continuous fryer, vibrating de-oiler, air cooling machine, drum seasoning machine and automatic packaging unit. The whole line adopts PLC intelligent centralized control with adjustable frequency speed. It removes surface starch effectively and reduces oil absorption during frying. Equipped with heat recovery system for energy saving, finished chips feature golden color, crispy texture and uniform specification. Supports multiple flavors original, spicy, barbecue etc. Capacity optional 100–1000kg/h. CE, ISO9001 approved, with on-site installation, technical training and lifelong after-sales support.
